JMG STORY

Led by Joseph Morris Gilbert, the prestigious JMG Tennis Academy is officially based at Arden Hills Club & Spa as of February 2013. Located in the heart of Sacramento and with an impressive history in athletics, Arden Hills offers an amazing facility equipped with a full, 12 lighted tennis courts, a state-of-the-art recovery room, an Olympic size swimming pool and organic farm.

With more than 15 years of experience in teaching youth tennis, Gilbert is a sought-after coach with an impressive reputation for helping talented junior players reach their potential. Under the leadership of coach Gilbert, the innovative JMG Tennis Academy began in Sacramento in 2011 and was immediately recognized as a program for best junior players in the country to learn, progress, train and compete with each other.

Numerous top ranked junior tennis players in the country train and excel together as part of the Academy under the Gilbert's leadership and supported by a top-natch professional coaching staff.

The JMG Tennis Academy is open to dedicated tournament players throughout the nation between the ages of 10 and 21. Interested young athletes must apply, be assessed and try-out for a position in the elite year-round Academy. The high performance program demands an impressive level of dedication from players, parents and coaches, and the players are selected based on their work ethic, attitude and skill level.
