Alex Anders

Dr. Alex Anders grew up in Sacramento, California where he attended California State University, Sacramento and completed his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science. He then went on to attend Palmer Chiropractic College West Campus in San Jose, California. He is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Being a former athlete, Dr. Anders realized early on that his gift, which quickly transitioned into being his passion, was working with individuals to help them achieve their highest potential. Dr. Anders’ initial intent was to pursue medical school, but along his journey, he was exposed to chiropractic while completing an athletic performance internship. He was immediately intrigued with the natural ability to help athletes fine tune their bodies to perform at their optimum level. As a result of this, Chiropractic became the career path he chose to pursue. With a passion to help others achieve their full potential, he continues to help educate through applying a full body approach to healthcare and exercise science.
